Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Brandon Gambler

Owner/ Operator

Brandon Gambler’s story begins as a five‑year‑old boy staring out a kindergarten window—more interested in the grass outside than the schoolwork in front of him. That early love for the outdoors never left. By age eight, Brandon was mowing lawns with a simple push mower, starting with his grandmother’s yard and taking turns cutting the family lawn alongside his dad. Before long, neighbors noticed his work ethic, and what started as a small chore quickly grew into regular accounts throughout both neighborhoods.

During high school, Brandon maintained 12–15 weekly lawns while also beginning to work for members of his church. This opened the door to landscaping projects and, eventually, snow removal. Snow work started modestly with a four‑wheeler and a few driveways, but the demand—and Brandon’s ambition—kept growing.

Today, B & G Lawn Care and Snow Removal maintains 150+ residential and commercial lawn accounts. Snow operations have expanded into full fleets, including wheel loaders, pickup trucks, and side‑by‑sides, serving over 100 commercial properties and more than 200 residential clients. In 2026, the company is expanding again with a full excavation division, taking on larger projects than ever before.

A major turning point came on June 15, 2022. After years of working indoors as a custodian, Brandon made the decision to stop living according to others’ expectations. He quit his job and committed fully to building the business he had poured his heart into since childhood.

Brandon credits his solid upbringing—shaped by his parents, his church, and his years in Boy Scouts (earning his Eagle Scout rank in 2012)—for instilling the values of hard work, pride, service, and always striving to be the best version of himself. Those values are now the foundation of B & G Lawn Care and Snow Removal, a company built on dedication, growth, and doing every job the right way.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
